Several public toilets have appeared in the Japanese capital, resembling labyrinths in their design. They are made of concrete. Such architectural structures can be seen in the Shibuya area, where they were installed as part of the Tokyo Toilet Project.

Toilet maze
This design of structures was not chosen by chance. The shape of the toilets resembles the huts of the ancient Japanese. They consist of 15 curved walls, which are arranged in such a way that they are visually very similar to a maze. Especially such a similarity can be seen by looking at them from a height of several floors.
The main feature of the toilets is the presence of inconspicuous doors that lead to one of four cabins – for men, women, mothers with infants and people with special needs. The entrances are located along the perimeter, which allows you not to create queues and makes the use of such toilet cubicles even more convenient.
